Department of Transportation (DOT Exams)

Hope Primary Care performs Department of Transportation physicals for CDL holders, box truck and bus drivers, hoisting operators, and anyone who needs a Medical Examiner's Certificate to stay on the road. Most exams are completed in about 30 minutes, and you leave with your certificate in hand.

Certified. Fast. Local.

DOT physicals can only be performed by a provider listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. Our medical examiner is registered and submits your results electronically to the National Registry the same day — which matters in Massachusetts, where the RMV now receives interstate drivers' certification data electronically rather than accepting a paper card.

DOT physicals are typically valid for 24 months.
